REFUND POLICY
At Luvora Home we want you to love your home décor as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help make things right. Most items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, as long as they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that custom or personalized items, clearance or final-sale items, gift cards, and opened bedding, candles, or textiles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email or phone. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, you may do so within 30 days of purchase, subject to product availability. For defective or damaged items, we will cover all shipping costs and ensure a replacement or refund is processed quickly.
